Terrible update and lose your money

I use iPhone 7 plus but the game was slow and crashed after any highlight. I was foolish enough to spend money on buying this game and then buy coins to upgrade my player. Latest upgrade erased all my saved data me (1 year worth of them) and I lost all my progress. Trust me I know what I am doing except buying this game. This is the last time I buy this game. Someone file a lawsuit for ripping people off.
