It keeps on crashing

After my first game/NBA debut I answer the press conference question, which is fine, it gives me the full response and the thoughts of my teammates, fans and local fans, then it says "Tap to Continue" and I tap it and it doesnt load to the next screen and freezes!!! I have even deleted the game and re-donwloaded it, started a new MC and it still does the same thing!! PLEASE FIX!!!!!

And it doesnt even download on IPADS can u please fix!!!
